Ceropegia woodii (String of Hearts) in 12cm Growers Pot

Also known as String of Hearts, Ceropegia woodii is a beautiful trailing plant loved for its delicate, heart-shaped leaves and elegant cascading growth. It makes a striking addition to shelves, plant stands or hanging pots where its vines can spill down naturally.

This plant likes bright, indirect light. When it comes to watering, allow the soil to dry out between waterings and avoid overwatering, as it prefers drier conditions.

During the growing season in spring and summer, it benefits from a regular feed every 4-6 weeks to encourage healthy growth.
