Ficus pumila ‘Sunny’ (Creeping Fig) 6cm Pot

The Ficus pumila originates from Southeast Asia and belongs to the Ficus genus, commonly known as climbing figs. This elegant climbing plant is highly valued for indoor use and has been featured in traditional Japanese and Chinese gardens for centuries.

This species thrives in bright, filtered light and prefers relatively high humidity. Regular misting is recommended not only to maintain humidity levels but also to keep the leaves free from dust. The soil should be well-draining and kept consistently lightly moist, but never waterlogged. During the growing season (spring and summer), monthly fertilisation is advised. To manage its growth, you can prune the plant periodically.

Please note that the Ficus pumila is sensitive to cold and should not be exposed to temperatures below 10C.
