Mentha spicata ‘Hugo’ (Mint) 14cm Pot

‘Hugo’ mint is an exciting variety, prized for its delicate, sweet and aromatic flavour. Famously used in the Italian Hugo Spritz cocktail, it also adds a subtle, refreshing note to a wide range of summer drinks.

A perennial variety, ‘Hugo’ mint grows to approximately 30cm tall and thrives in moist soil in full sun or partial shade. It spreads rapidly, so keep it contained. Pale purple flowers appear in midsummer. Prune back after flowering to keep the plant neat and under control.
