Monstera deliciosa (Swiss Cheese Plant) in 12cm Pot

This plant has long been a favourite and makes a striking statement once established. Its large, glossy, heart-shaped leaves develop distinctive splits and holes as it matures.

Place in bright, indirect light and keep out of direct sun. Mist occasionally, especially in warm, dry rooms, and wipe the leaves to keep them clean and dust-free. Keep the compost lightly moist but not waterlogged. Water more in summer and reduce in winter, checking the soil before watering.
