Platycerium bifurcatum (Staghorn/ Elkhorn Fern) 12cm Pot

Also known as the staghorn or elkhorn fern, the Platycerium is prized for its unusual, antler-like shape. It’s this element of strangeness that makes it so visually striking. Versatile and decorative, it can be placed almost anywhere with good light – on a table, in a window, in a sturdy pot, or hanging from a basket.

Its greyish-white, felt-like leaf coating helps reduce evaporation and absorb ambient moisture. This protective layer is essential to the plant’s health and should never be wiped off.

From October to March, the Platycerium enters a resting phase and requires less water, but be careful not to let it dry out completely.
