Sansevieria zeylanica Fan in 11cm Pot

Sansevieria zeylanica, although a different species from a different continent, is similar to the ‘regular’ Mother-in-Law’s Tongue’ with upright, fleshy leaves.  The dominant colour in the beautifully marked leaves is a pale grey-ish green.  Just as tough. The main thing to avoid with this plant is overwatering, so only water (avoiding the crown) when the compost gets quite dry. In winter you can cut back even more and only water every month or two and keep temperatures above 10°C. Repot every few years when the roots start to split the pot.
